Taggtool يقدم طريقة جديدة لإدارة الملفات والوثائق. مع Taggtool تعيين كلمات لا تنسى قصيرة تسمى 'به' إلى الملفات الخاصة بك. كلما كنت في حاجة للعثور على الملف، ببساطة إدخال بعض العلامات وسيتم عرض الملفات في ثوان.

يمكنك إضافة علامات إلى أي ملف تريد بما في ذلك قوات الدفاع الشعبي، وثائق مايكروسوفت أوفيس ، وملفات الصور والصوت والفيديو. يمكنك إضافة علامات إلى الملفات على أجهزة الكمبيوتر المنزلية، شبكة سهم وسائل الاعلام removeable مثل المضغوطة / دي في دي أو أقراص فلاش.
