مشكلة "You need permission to perform this action" !!!!

السـلام عليكم ،،
عندي ملف بغيت أنقله من CD إلى محل بالـ Program Files .. ونوعه dll
بس كل ما أنقله يقول لي "You need permission to perform this action"
جنيت وجربت الكثير من الحلول وما قدرت ، يا ريت تساعدوني :)
