[مشكلة] : في تنصيب whmcs على السيرفر الشخصي

انا حطيت نسخة whmcs في السيرفر الشخصي
يوم رحت للامر التصطيب ..
localhost/whmcs/install/install.php




يطلعلي ذا الكلام
