كم من مرة أردت تحويل صورة مفضلة لك الي ايقونة او ارت ان تصمم ايقونة لكن لا تمتلك البرنامج الذي تفعل به ذلك مه هذا البرنامج يمكنك ان تحول اي صورة الي ايقونة مع خواص تحكم في الدقة و الحجم.

The program converts any image format into Windows icons. In the Internet you can find many pictures of them and make icons for your workplace desktop, applications, and much more.

Make attractive icons for each Windows folder, make a personal appearance each folder. Icon Constructor simple interface makes it easy to change the appearance of any folder.
