الي خبراء زيزوم مشكله في جهازي

اخواني الكرام السلام عليكم

لدي مشكله في جهازي هي البطء عند التشغيل وبعض البرامج لا تعمل
مثل الفايرفوكس وبرنامج الكونكت عندما اعمل ريستارت للجهاز واعمل كونكت للنت تظهر رسالة

توقق app.exe عن العمل
حدثت مشكلة تسببت في عمل البرنامج بشكل غير صحيح سيقوم وندوز باغلاق البرنامج واعلامك عند توفر حل لهذه المشكله ..

وعندما امسح تعريف الكونكت واعيد تعريفه يعمل

جهازي لابتوب توشيبا ساتالايت c660
