مشكلة تعليق الجهاز في ويندوز 7 !

السلام عليكم و رحمه **** و بركاتة .
كيف الحال ان شاء الله بخير

اخواني عندي مشكله في الجهاز , ويندوز 7
المشلكه من اول ما شريت الجهاز , يعني الجهاز جديد ماله اسبوع !

المشكله ان : و انا اشتغل و مثلا انقطع النت و انقطع الاتصال من المودم
و رجع الاتصال مره ثانيه يعلق الجهاز من نفسه و لا اقدر احرك الماوس و ولا شي بالجهاز يتحرك و بعد ما اقدر اطفي الجهاز
يعني لازم اعلق على زر تشغيل الجهاز علشان يطفى نهائيآ !
