الرجاء المساعدة في تقريرين RunScanner و hijackthis او حل هذه المشاكل!!

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته


استخدم نظام ويندوز 7 نسخة 64 بت..

اواجه بعض المشاكل منها:


المشكلة الأولى:
لا يمكنني تنصيب ال Windows Live Messenger ... تواجهني رسالة خطأ 0x80072ee6 :


بحثت في الانترنت عن حل لها فوجدت هذا ولكن لم انجح في حلها وظهرت رسالة خطأ أخرى عند تنصيب الملف الذي تم تحميله من الموقع(حجمه فوق الـ 100 ميقا):


سبب المشكلة(والله أعلم):
أداة ,wwdc.exe :
عند فتح هذه الاداة تطلع رسالة خطأ التالية:

بعد الضغط على موافق, تظهر الواجهة كذا , طبعا استخدمتها سابقا, عند الضغط على الخيار الاخير اي اغلاق الماسنجر تخرج نفس رسالة الخطا التي وضعتها سابقاً...






المشكلة الثانية:
لا يوجد هناك صوت في المتصفح سواء الانترنت اكسبلورير او الفايرفوكس,مثلا عند مشاهدة مواقع الفيديو مثل اليوتوب او حتى الاصوات او الـ stream لا يوجد هناك صوت , يجب ان احمل الفيديو على الجهاز لسماعه صوت وصورة....اعدت تنصيب المتصفحين واعادت خياراتهما الاصلية+حدثت الفلاش بلاير وغيره ونفس المشكلة+اذكر ان الامر ليس له علاقة بالصوت في الجهاز او تعريفه وانما فقط في المتصفح سواء الاكسبلورير او الفايرفوكس....... متاكد ان المشكلة سببها اللعب باحد قيم المتصفح في الرجستري!!
جربت هذه الحلول ولكن لم انجح..كالعادة.




على اية حالة هذه تقارير من برنامجي RunScanner و hijackthis لربما تفيد بخلل ما او تحل مشكلة ما...
