معاناتي مع لاب توبي ( تعليق وبطئ ومشاكل لا تنتهي )

السلام عليكم ..

ياخوان ماطول عليكم

انا شاري لاب توب Toshiba Satellite L-650-11F
قبل حوالي 3 شهور

طبعا مواصفاته ممتازه تقريبا

الرام : 4 قيقا

المعالج: Intel Core i5

كرت الشاشة: 1 قيقا

هارديسك: 520 قيقا

المهم الحين صار له شهر ونص وبدأ يهنق ويعلق علي فجأه

يعني مثلا الفايرفوكس اذا فتحته وانا اتصفح فجأه بعد فتره يعلق علي الجهاز بكبره ..

واحيانا اذا اشتغلت على الجهاز لمده يعني فوق الساعه او الساعتين وجيت حركته او غيرته من مكانه فجأة يقفل الجهاز

وكأنه مثلا واحد سحب بطارية اللاب توب وقفل بدون سبب !!!!

او مثلا احيانا تجيني الـ Blue Screen of death .. !

وعلى فكره الجهاز محافظ عليه وماطاح علي او احد لعب فيه .. بس مدري وش السالفه
