غلق حسابى فى الهوتميل + رسالة فريق msn

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
املك حساب هوتميل منذ سنوات وهو يمثل اهمية قصوي وقد تعرض للغلق بظهور رسالة

قم بعدة محاولات لفتحه ولم تجدي
ثم قمت بعمل سؤال لفريق العمل ولم افهم ما يريدونه وهي
