الجهاز لا يقبل ان يفتح خيار system protection وبعض الملفات الاخرى

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
ظهر مؤخرا بجهازى انه لا يقبل ان يفتح بعض الملفات والخيارات بالنظام مثلا عندما اضغط على اى ملف تسطيب لاى برنامج تظهر هذه الصورة
