AnyDVD يعمل في الخلفية بشكل تلقائي لإزالة الحماية من نسخ افلام دي في دي بمجرد ان يدرج للتشغيل ،
مما يتيح بعد ذلك حفظ الفيلم دي في دي باستخدام أداة النسخ الاحتياطي مثل CloneDVD وCloneDVD
المتنقلة. يمكنك أيضا إزالة رمز المنطقة (RPC) ، مما يجعل الفيلم حر وقابل للعرض على أي مشغل دي في دي .
