مشكلة في الانترنت اكسبلورير

عندي مشكلة ظهرت في الانترنت اكسبلورير ..وهي عبارة عن رسالة مزعجة تظهر بشكل متكرر عند فتح او اغلاق المتصفح وعند التصفح .
المتصفح اخر اصدار..حاولت علاج المشكلة وحذفت هذا الاصدار ولكن لازالت نفس المشكلة موجودة حتى مع المتصفح القديم .
