[ مشكلة ] PayPal : Your account has been limited until we hear from you

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته وجمعة مباركة ..

عندي حساب قدييم بالباي بال أنشأته من عدة سنوات .. لا أذكر البيانات اللي سجلتها فيه .. أظنها كلها وهمية .. لا أذكر.

مبارح استلمت عليه مبلغ وقدره كذا من شركة، ويا فرحة ما تمت :shiny01:

أظن إني ضغطت على رابط فيه كلمة Limit.. من باب القراءة فقط، لا أذكر إني قمت بالتأكيد على طلب أو أي شيء .. المهم .. وصلتني رسالتين على الإيميل (بالترتيب) :

ما أود فهمه هو مالمقصود بالـLimit اللي صار على حسابي، وما هي فوائده وأضراره (بمعنى ايش وضع حسابي الآن هل فقدت مميزات أو أضفت مميزات جديدة؟) بحيث لو حبينا نسويها مستقبلًا نكون عارفين وظيفتها :)

الأمر الآخر كيف أستعيد الدخول لحسابي، حيث إني لما أدخل بيجيني صفحة اسمها

ومحتواها موجود بالمرفقات

الأمر الأخير الذي أود معرفته، من أين أعرض صفحة بيانات الحساب بحيث أعدل جميع البيانات اللي ادخلتها حيث إني كما ذكرت البيانات كلها وهمية أو قديمة وغير صحيحة

وكيف أربط حسابي بالفيزا كارد الخاصة بي بحيث أحول المبلغ إلى الفيزا للعلم إني مقيم بالإمارات
