[استفسار] ما معنى هذه الرسالة من جوجل ؟

السلام عليكم

أنا عملت مدونه اليوم على بلوجر و سجلت حساب فى جوجل أدسنس و وصل ليا رساله على البريد معناها انهم مش موافقين على إنشاء حساب ليا بس ياريت حد يترجم الرساله علشان أعرف سبب عدم القبول إيه بالضبط + هل يمكن إعادة الطلب مرة أخرى ؟
