جهازي بطئ جدا على ويندوزز سفن

السلام عليكم يا اصحابي لو سمحتم انا عايز حل للمشكلة دي انا جهازي بطئ جدا في الانتقال بين الملفات علي وينوز سفن فقط مع ان امكانيات جهازي عليا
Ram 4 Giga DDR3
Cpu Intel P 4 3.0 GH Cach 2 mega
Hard Sata 1000 Giga Seagate
Mother Board Gigabyte G41-MT-S2P
و مع ذلك ويندوز سفن بطئ جدا عندي و ساحبة من الرامات كتير جدا
