ويندوز 7 ارجو المساعدة العاجلة

السلام عليكم

عندي بعض المشاكل في ويندوز7 وهي كالاتي :

1- عند تشغيل البلوتوث كان يطلع صوت مثل لما تدخل فلاش مومري او الماوس عند تشغيله او اطفائه هدا الصوت لم يعد يظهر كيف يمككني تشغيله ؟

2- بعد اعادة المصنع للجهاز اصبح يظهر لي في my computer الاتي local disk وعليه علامه استعجاب زرقاء ولا يمكن فتحه يقول لي refer unavailable منهادا القبيل هل هي مشكله وما الحل ؟

hellow, i have two problems in my windows7, here is my computer discribtion (windows7 home basic, intel core i5, model n5110)
1- when i turn on/off my bluetooth from the tray right clicking it used to hear a sound device sound like when you enter USB or connect mouse to your computer but now there is no sound, how can i turn on the bluetooth device sound on ?
2- after i made dell factory image restore and made recovery media some times appear in my computer local disk with blue question mark and disappear, i did right click to my computer open disk management i found disk 0 basic 465.76 online health OEM partition what it is ? and if it a problem how can i solve it ?
