[مشكلة] : الروابط العربي لا تفتح بالسكربت

لدى مشكلة فى هذا السكربت
ط£ط³ط§ط*ط¨ظٹ ظپظٹ ط¯ط¨ظٹ - Asa7be Fi Dubai
وهو أنني اشتريت السكربت من موقع اجنبي من الشركة
والسكربت اللغة انجليزية
فقمت بتحويل ملفات السكربت الى ترميز utf
وقمت بتعريب بعض الكلمات على اساس يكون به ملف عرب وملف انجليزي
وعندما وضعت صور به بعناوين باللغة العربية لا تفتح يفتح صفحة (404)
وعند رفع اللغة الاصلية (لا تفتح وتفتح 404)

فاظن ان المشكلة فى ملف .htaccess

فارفقت الملف لادراج اللغة العربية به أو تحويل الروابط العربي إلى HTML
